Meet the Team

  • Dr. Nathan Gilpin PT, DPT, OCS

    PELVIC HEALTH THERAPIST

I came to the pelvic health world after consistently feeling like there was a missing piece when treating things such as back and hip pain in an orthopedic setting. I couldn't keep ignoring this major system that often contributes to the ailments I've been treating my whole career. Plus, the specific, majorly life-impacting difficulties men and women can have when pee, poop, and sex don't work or feel optimal drives me to learn even more.

Personally, I am a husband and father to two awesome kiddos. Our family enjoys dance parties, camping, hiking, and learning new stuff all of the time. At times I have been a decathlete, ultramarathon runner, weight lifter, and mountain biker. Today, I am enjoying running and lifting as I get back to fitness after the depths of early parenthood.

  • Angie Ahlemeyer MS, PTA

    PELVIC HEALTH THERAPIST

I’m passionate about helping people restore function and move with greater ease and confidence so they can return to the activities that bring them joy.

With a background in cardiac rehabilitation and adult fitness, I bring a strong foundation in movement science to my work in pelvic health.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and twin granddaughters. I’m also an outdoor enthusiast and love hiking, paddle boarding, golfing and adventures with my Aussiedoodle, Jax.

  • Dr. Marisa Umble PT, DPT

    PELVIC HEALTH THERAPIST

Helping others reach their health and fitness goals is what I love most about being a physical therapist. I focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that helps people feel comfortable and capable in their bodies.

I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA in 2017, and I'm continually expanding my knowledge - especially in the areas of movement, wellness, and pelvic health. I'm dedicated to helping each person I work with and feel supported, informed, and equipped to reach their goals.

Outside of work you can usually find me traveling, exploring new foods, spending time in nature, and staying active with one of my many hobbies.

  • Dr. Jacki Gilpin PT, DPT, OCS

    PELVIC HEALTH THERAPIST, FOUNDER

I get way more excited about bathroom habits and other taboo subjects than the typical gal, and I have become a huge birth nerd since having my own babies too.

Whether it is helping someone navigate their changing body, preparing them for a big life transition, or helping them to feel and function better, I couldn’t love this work more. It is an absolute honor to work with every single person who lets me into this vulnerable space to walk the journey with them.

Outside of the classroom and the office, you can generally find me with my family having slow mornings in our PJs, dancing in our living room, or getting outside.

  • Mary Gray

    CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Taking the first step towards better health can feel daunting, and I'm truly honored to help make the scheduling process something you won't dread. From our initial conversation to your final session, I'll be here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to ensure the administrative side of your care is as seamless and stress-free as possible, so you can fully concentrate on what matters most.

On a personal note, I'm originally from a small town in Texas and am thoroughly enjoying my time here in the vibrant Tri-Cities. Outside the clinic, I enjoy seeing and participating in community theatre around the area, discovering unique finds while thrifting, and long, thoughtful talks with my dog.
