I’m so glad you’re here!
Hi, I’m Jacki.
I started Tri Cities Pelvic Health back in 2022 because I was determined to find a way to care for my patients in a way that I’ve always known they deserve but wasn’t possible in the traditional healthcare system.
I had my second baby shortly after I moved to the Tri-Cities, and when I was ready to get back to work, there was a lot that was appealing about having a job where I could clock in and out and call it a day. However, I continually felt disheartened by processes and restrictions that got in the way of being able to connect and treat the patients in front of me in ways that actually would help them succeed.
I have always cared deeply about the work that I do, especially since I found the specialty of pelvic health and saw the positive impact it can make in people’s lives. But I slowly watched myself get more and more burnt out by how my actual job didn’t allow me to do what I went to school for: help people feel and function their best!
I took a leap and decided that instead of just throwing in the towel on my career, I would be the change that I wanted to see. I started the clinic from the ground up, renting a small room and doing everything from the phone calls, laundry, patient care, and more all by myself.
Even though I was seeing people with the same diagnoses as before, I immediately felt so much more fulfilled in the work I was doing and saw the improvements in patient outcomes too.
Our clinic has seen substantial growth since I first opened my doors. We now have 4 pelvic floor therapists, 2 client care coordinators, and are continually working on growing our skills and offerings to better serve the community.
This business really is like my third baby, because I care deeply about it and am so proud of the impact it is making. My mission now is to continue expanding the awareness of pelvic health issues and access to exceptional care. I want everyone to know that there are options for them besides medication, surgery, or just dealing with it, and they deserve to be heard and met with compassion and guidance to reach their goals.
